| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
| 1 c | Pureed roasted garlic |
| 1/2 c | Horseradish |
| 1/4 c | Worcestershire sauce |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (3.4 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise, garlic, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Continue mixing at low speed for two minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
