Ingredients

| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
| 7 c | Diced fire roasted tomatoes, canned, drained |
| 4 c | Chopped applewood smoked bacon, cooked |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of package to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise, tomatoes and bacon. Continue mixing at low speed for 2 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using.
