| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
| 7 c | Diced fire roasted tomatoes, canned, drained |
| 4 c | Chopped applewood smoked bacon, cooked |
| 6 lb | Buffalo chicken tenders, breaded, fully cooked |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of package to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise, tomatoes and bacon. Continue mixing at low speed for 2 minutes. Reserve cold.
To serve: Pair 4 oz of buffalo chicken tenders with 1 oz Tomato Bacon Blue Cheese dip.
