| 1 bag | Foothill Farms Italian Dressing Mix (#V408) |
| 3 cups | Vinegar |
| 5 cups | Water |
| 1/2 gallon | Vegetable Oil |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add Italian Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (7.6 oz) to 3 cups of vinegar and 5 cups of water. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at high speed.
Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Mix at high speed about 2 minutes until well mixed.
Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
