| 6 1/2 oz. | Foothill Farms® Italian Dressing Mix (#V407) |
| 1/2 gallon | Water |
| 1 qt | Vinegar |
| 1 qt. | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 cup | Dijon Mustard |
| 1 cup | Parmesan Cheese |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of package with vinegar, water and vinegar. Mix well with electric mixer at high speed.
Continue mixing and slowly add vegetable oil. Mix at high speed for about 2 minutes, until well mixed. Stir in grated parmesan cheese.
Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
