| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms Blue Cheese Dressing Mix #V403 |
| 1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of package to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed for 2 minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
Options: For chuncky dressing, stir in 1/4 lb. blue cheese crumbles OR 1/4 lb. drained large curd cottage cheese to prepared dressing.
