| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 3 qts | Buttermilk |
| 1 qt | Low Fat Mayonnaise |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add Blue Cheese package (3.4 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed for 2 minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
