| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 3 qts | Buttermilk |
| 1 qt. | Fat Free Mayonnaise |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add Blue Cheese packet (3.4 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with a wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
