| 3 2/5 oz. | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 1 qt. | Buttermilk |
| 1 qt. | Sour Cream |
| 1/2 gallon | Mayonnaise |
| 6/25 lb. | Blue Cheese Crumbles |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of package to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and sour cream and continue mixing at low speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth.
Stir in blue cheese crumbles.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
