| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (either #V400 or #V402) |
| 1 gal | Sour cream, regular or light |
Instructions
In a large bowl, add contents of Ranch Dressing Mix (3.2 oz) to sour cream and mix with a wire whisk or electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerator for 3-4 hours so it will thicken and stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
