| 4 oz | Foothill Farms® 1000 Island Dressing Mix (#V405) |
| 3 qts | Buttermilk |
| 1 qt | Fat Free Mayonnaise |
| 1 cup | Pickle Relish |
| 1 cup | Ketchup |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of package with buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise, pickle relish and ketchup and continue mixing at low speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
