Recipe Yield:
Amount Item
2  cups diced celery
1  cup diced onion
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base, prepared (either #096T or #067T)
4  lb potatoes, baked, large chopped
1/2  tsp pepper
  1. In large stock pot, sauté celery and onions.

  2. In a mixing container, prepare Cream Soup according to package directions.

  3. To the stock pot, add potatoes, Cream Soup and pepper. Gently stir to combine.

  4. Simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
