Ingredients

| 2 cups | diced celery |
| 1 cup | diced onion |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base, prepared (either #096T or #067T) |
| 4 lb | potatoes, baked, large chopped |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
Instructions
In large stock pot, sauté celery and onions.
In a mixing container, prepare Cream Soup according to package directions.
To the stock pot, add potatoes, Cream Soup and pepper. Gently stir to combine.
Simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
