2  lbs broccoli cuts, frozen
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base (either #096T or #067T), prepared
Instructions
  1. Steam broccoli cuts in a perforated pan for 10 minutes. Drain well.

  2. Place prepared Cream Soup Base in a large stock pot.

  3. Add broccoli to soup and stir gently to combine.

  4. Heat to desired serving temperature. Never boil. Ladle into serving bowls and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
