Recipe Yield:

1/2  c Minced onion
2  oz Olive oil
1  lb Fresh spinach, cleaned
1/4  c Pernod liquor
7  oz Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix, prepared according to package directions
1/4  c Shredded parmesan cheese
  1. In a large saute pan, saute onions in olive oil until translucent.

  2. Add spinach to saute pan, cover, and cook for 30 seconds to wilt 75%.

  3. Deglaze pan with pernod, combining ingredients.

  4. Add Savory Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce and mix to evenly coat spinach.

  5. Remove from heat and garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
