1 lb | Fresh spinach, cleaned |
1/4 c | Pernod liquor |
7 oz | Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix, prepared according to package directions |
1/4 c | Shredded parmesan cheese |
Instructions
In a large saute pan, saute onions in olive oil until translucent.
Add spinach to saute pan, cover, and cook for 30 seconds to wilt 75%.
Deglaze pan with pernod, combining ingredients.
Add Savory Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce and mix to evenly coat spinach.
Remove from heat and garnish with Parmesan Cheese.
