1 gal	Hot water (180°-190°F)
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Irish Vegetable Beef Soup Mix (#059T)
1 lb	Beef, cooked (shredded or diced)
2 lb	Noodles or rice, cooked
2 lb	Mixed vegetables, cooked

Instructions

Pour water into a large stock pot. Pour contents of Soup Base into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved.
Add beef, noodles or rice and mixed vegetables to pot. Bring serving temperature. Never boil.
NOTE: Steamed or roasted vegetables add more flavor than canned vegetables.
