Recipe Yield:
Amount Item
1  oz Olive oil
1  cup Thinly sliced or small diced onions
1/4  cup White wine
8  oz Fresh baby spinach
6  oz Foothill Farms® Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce (#322T), prepared according to package instructions
1/4  cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  1. Saute onions in olive oil until translucent.

  2. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add spinach and cover pan. Cook for 30 seconds to allow spinach to wilt.

  3. Add Pepperjack Cheese Sauce. Toss or gently stir mixture to combine.

  4. Once heated through, pour mixture into bowl or crock. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
