| 6 | eggs |
| 4 cups | cornbread crumbs |
| 1 cup | diced onions |
| 1 cup | sliced mushrooms |
| 1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 cup | diced green peppers |
| 1 qt | Foothill Farms® Country White Gravy(#086T) , prepared according to package directions |
Instructions
Whip eggs with a wire whip until smooth.
In a large bowl combine cornbread crumbs, onions, mushrooms, cheese, and green peppers.
Pour the Gravy and eggs into the dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are combined
Pour mixture into a well greased half pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
