Recipe Yield:
Amount Item
1/2  c olive oil
5  oz thinly sliced yellow onions
1 1/2  oz minced garlic
6  oz grilled chicken breast strips
15  oz frozen stir fry vegetable blend
2  oz soy sauce
1  bag Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavor Soup Mix (#060T), prepared according to package directions
10  oz rice noodles, cooked
1  oz sesame oil
  1. In a stock pot, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.

  2. Add grilled chicken strips, vegetables and soy sauce; and bring to temperature.

  3. Pour in prepared Chicken Soup. Add noodles and bring back up to a slow simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Never boil.

  4. Season with sesame oil.
