Recipe Yield:

1  gallon hot water (160-190 F water)
1  pkg. Foothill Farms® Savory Beef Gravy (#325T)
4  stalks celery, chopped in bite sized pieces
6  medium carrots, chopped into bite sized pieces
6  medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
2  medium yellow onions, chopped
1  lb. cooked cubed beef (from left over end cuts from Deli)
  1. Mix Savory Beef Gravy into hot water using a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Cover and set aside.

  2. Cook or steam celery, carrots, potatoes and onions until tender.

  3. Add cooked vegetables and beef to gravy mixture. Stir gently until well combined.

  4. Heat on stove top until stew reaches 165 degrees F.
