Recipe Yield:

1  gallon hot water (160-190 F)
1  pkg. Foothill Farms® Savory Beef Gravy Mix (#325T)
2  lbs. cooked cubed beef (from left over end cuts from Deli)
4  large cans sliced mushrooms, drained
14  oz. sour cream
  1. Mix Savory Beef Gravy Mix into hot water using a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.

  2. Add cooked cubed beef, mushrooms and sour cream and stir gently to combine.

  3. Heat in oven, steamer or on stove top until mixture reaches 165 degrees F.

  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
