1  bag Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base (either #067T or #096T), prepared according to package instructions
1  bag Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Mix (#080T), prepared according to package instructions
3  lb Diced chicken, fully cooked
8  oz Diced Green Chiles
  Tortilla chips strips
  Diced green onion
  Diced tomatoes
  Sour cream
  1. Using a large stock pot, add 1 gal prepared Cream Soup, 1/2 gal prepared Nacho Cheese Sauce. Stir to combine.

  2. Add chicken and chilies. Slow simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Never boil.

  3. Ladle soup into bowls. Top with crushed tortilla chips and garnish with green onions, tomatoes and sour cream.
