1 bag | Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Mix (#080T), prepared according to package instructions |
3 lb | Diced chicken, fully cooked |
8 oz | Diced Green Chiles |
Tortilla chips strips | |
Diced green onion | |
Diced tomatoes | |
Sour cream |
Instructions
Using a large stock pot, add 1 gal prepared Cream Soup, 1/2 gal prepared Nacho Cheese Sauce. Stir to combine.
Add chicken and chilies. Slow simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Never boil.
Ladle soup into bowls. Top with crushed tortilla chips and garnish with green onions, tomatoes and sour cream.
