Recipe Yield:

1  quart Cold water
8  oz Seedless raspberry jam
1  bag Foothill Farms® Bread Pudding Mix (#102)
1 1/2  lbs Bread cubes (stale bread preferred)
12  oz White chocolate chips
  1. Grease half pan with butter. Set aside.

  2. Pour cold water into mixing bowl. Pour contents of Bread Pudding Mix (20.32 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip until smooth.

  3. Add jam to mixture. Stir to combine. Add bread to mixture and gently stir to combine. Gently fold in white chocolate chips. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Once bread has absorbed most of the mixture, transfer to prepared baking dish and bake at 375ºF for 40-45 minutes.

  5. Remove bread pudding from oven. Product will settle and shrink some upon cooling. To serve warm, cool bread pudding for 10 prior to cutting. Drizzle with vanilla glaze and garnish with fresh raspberries.
