1/2 gal	Hot water (180°-190°F)
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Mix (#372)
2 10-ounce cans	Ro-Tel Tomatoes

Instructions

In a stockpot, pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add Ro-Tel. Stir to combine. Reserve hot (never boil). Heat to 165° F.
For each order, ladle 8 oz of hot soup into a soup bowl. Garnish with diced green onions and/or shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with crusty bread.
