Recipe Yield:

1  bag Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base Mix (either #096T or #067T), prepared
1  bag Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Mix (#372T), prepared
1/2  lb cooked ham, finely chopped
1  cup carrots, finely chopped or shredded, cooked
  1. In a large stock pot, combine 1 quart Cream Soup Base and 1 quart Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce.

  2. Add ham and carrots to crock and stir to combine. Slow simmer for 10 minute. Never boil. Heat to 165° F and stir prior to serving.

  3. NOTE: Cream Soup Base Mix yields 1 gallon and Three Cheese Mac & Cheese yield 1/2 gallon. This recipe uses 1 quart of each. Store remainder tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
