An extremely versatile cheese sauce with a recognizable American Cheese-like profile and smooth texture that provides a full-bodied cheesy experience.
Ingredients
Coconut Oil, Sodium Caseinate, Corn Syrup Solids, Sweet Cream, Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Salt, Food Starch-Modified, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Cream, Nonfat Dry Milk, Mono & Diglycerides, Xanthan Gum, Butter Powder Blend [Maltodextrin, Modified Butter Oil, Salt, Dehydrated Butter, Guar Gum, Sodium Bicarbonate, Annatto Extract & Turmeric Extract (Color)], DATEM, Sodium Phosphate, Whey, Buttermilk, Lactic Acid (Contains Calcium Lactate), Annatto (Color).
Directions For Use
1. Pour ½ gallon of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container.
2. Slowly pour mix (2 lbs) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue
stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.
