Directions For Use
Pour 1 gallon of hot water (160-190º F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag package into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Remove cover and re-stir prior to serving.
To make approximately one quart of cheese sauce, mix one loosely packed cup of cheese sauce mix with 3 cups of hot water.
