Water*, Sugar, Soy Sauce Blend [Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Vinegar, Lactic Acid), Maltodextrin], Modified Food Starch, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Garlic, Yeast Extract, Caramel Color, Tapioca Dextrin, Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Sesame Oil, Whey, Citric Acid, Calcium Phosphate, White Distilled Vinegar, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

Pour 1/2 gal (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of package (15.87 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Ready to use.

For steamed Stir-Fry Style Vegetables, steam 10 lbs. frozen mixed vegetables (such as baby corn, carrot batons, red bell pepper strips and zucchini batons) in a single layer on sheet pans according to manufacturer’s directions. Tip: For maximum flavor and to ensure sauce clings well, drain excess moisture from heated vegetables. Transfer vegetables to serving pan and pour prepared sauce over them. Toss to evenly coat. Maintain at 165°F.
