General Description

Unique to the market, Foothill Farms® Asian Noodle Seasoning enables operators to entice customers with more Asian menu variety. This subtle yet flavorful blend of soy sauce, garlic, onion and ginger is accented with carrot, red bell pepper and cabbage. Mixes with both traditional chow mein and common regular or whole grain spaghetti noodles. One case seasons 20 lb of noodles.


Soy Sauce Blend [Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt], Dehydrated Vegetables (Red Bell Pepper, Carrot, Onion, Cabbage), Brown Sugar, Gum Blend (Methylcellulose, Xanthan), Maltodextrin, Salt, Tapioca Dextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking), Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Sesame Oil, Yeast Extract, Spice (includes Ginger), Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Natural Flavor, Garlic Extract, Toasted Sesame Oil, Sunflower Oil, Yeast, Soy Lecithin, Safflower Oil, Celery Juice & Celery Juice Concentrate, Spice Extract.

Directions For Use

Cook 2 lb of noodles according to al dente package directions. Drain and rinse in cool water to stop cooking. While noodles are cooking, add 1 packet (4.66 oz) noodle seasoning to 1 qt hot water (180-190°F). Mix well and let sauce sit at least 5 minutes to allow the vegetables to rehydrate. Transfer noodles to a half pan. Pour sauce over noodles and toss to coat. Sauce will absorb into noodles. Keep warm (160°F).

To extend hold time and prevent noodles from sticking, lightly spray noodles with olive oil before pouring seasoning mixture over noodles.

Noodle Yield: 2 lbs. of dry, uncooked noodles will yield 5.1 lbs. of cooked noodles.
