Zesty onions, cumin, chile pepper and paprika heat things up while a pop of lime finishes each mouthwatering bite with perfectly balanced flavor. A savory way to season protein without all the sodium.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Spice (Includes Red Chile Pepper, Cumin), Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Soy Sauce [Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Maltodextrin, Salt], Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt, Lime Juice Powder (Maltodextrin, Lime Juice, Lime Oil), Tomato Powder, Citric Acid, Caramel Color.

Directions For Use

Pour 2 ½ cups (20 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of seasoning packet (7.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved. Place 5 lbs thawed, fully cooked diced chicken into a steamtable pan. Pour prepared seasoning over chicken. Toss to evenly coat. Cover and bake at 400°F in convection oven for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. If prepared seasoning is added to frozen diced chicken, bake for an additional 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken meat reaches 180°F.
