High in protein and fiber, flavored quinoa is a great nontraditional side dish.
|6 c||Whole Grain Quinoa|
|3 qts||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning Mix (6 oz)|
|4 oz||Butter (optional)|
In a 2" full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, quinoa, contents of Seasoning packet and butter (optional). Stir well.
Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 350°F convection oven for 40-50 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F).
