Great summertime cold soup. Béchamel is pureed with a luscious blend of mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries & strawberries), honey, fresh mint and a touch of lime juice.
|1/2 gallon||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
Pour hot water into a mixing container. Pour contents of White Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Serve chilled.
