Citrus Cream Sauce

The creamy goodness of Monterey Cheese Sauce mixed with the sweet and tangy flavor of a Margarita. A rich twist on a classic sauce that is great over pasta and with surf and turf.

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T)
2  cups Margarita mix, non-alcoholic
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.

  2. Add Margarita Mix to cheese sauce. Stir to combine. Reserve warm. Serve over pasta.
