Low Fat Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing

4  oz. Foothill Farms® Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing Mix (#V404)
3  qts Buttermilk
1  qt Low Fat Mayonnaise
1/2  cup Coarse ground black pepper
1  cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add contents of package to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.

  2. Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth.

  3. Fold in black pepper and parmesan cheese.

  4. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before serving. Keep refrigerated.
