|4 oz.||Foothill Farms® Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing Mix (#V404)|
|1 qt||Low Fat Mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup||Coarse ground black pepper|
|1 cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
In a large bowl add contents of package to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth.
Fold in black pepper and parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before serving. Keep refrigerated.
