|2 cups||diced celery|
|1 cup||diced onion|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base, prepared (either #096T or #067T)|
|4 lb||potatoes, baked, large chopped|
In large stock pot, sauté celery and onions.
In a mixing container, prepare Cream Soup according to package directions.
To the stock pot, add potatoes, Cream Soup and pepper. Gently stir to combine.
Simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
