|2 lbs||broccoli cuts, frozen|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base (either #096T or #067T), prepared|
Steam broccoli cuts in a perforated pan for 10 minutes. Drain well.
Place prepared Cream Soup Base in a large stock pot.
Add broccoli to soup and stir gently to combine.
Heat to desired serving temperature. Never boil. Ladle into serving bowls and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
