Irish Beef Vegetable Soup

Warm up with a mug of delicious beef soup. With hearty ingredients and a slow simmered taste this is to be an instant classic stew. Our version is not only satisfying but easy to prepare.

Amount Item
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Irish Vegetable Beef Soup Mix (#059T)
1  lb Beef, cooked (shredded or diced)
2  lb Noodles or rice, cooked
2  lb Mixed vegetables, cooked
  1. Pour water into a large stock pot. Pour contents of Soup Base into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved.

  2. Add beef, noodles or rice and mixed vegetables to pot. Bring serving temperature. Never boil.

  3. NOTE: Steamed or roasted vegetables add more flavor than canned vegetables.
