An Asian-inspired soup with chicken strips, veggies and rice noodles.
|1/2 c||olive oil|
|5 oz||thinly sliced yellow onions|
|1 1/2 oz||minced garlic|
|6 oz||grilled chicken breast strips|
|15 oz||frozen stir fry vegetable blend|
|2 oz||soy sauce|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavor Soup Mix (#060T), prepared according to package directions|
|10 oz||rice noodles, cooked|
|1 oz||sesame oil|
In a stock pot, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add grilled chicken strips, vegetables and soy sauce; and bring to temperature.
Pour in prepared Chicken Soup. Add noodles and bring back up to a slow simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Never boil.
Season with sesame oil.
