A stick-to-your-ribs favorite that makes up in minutes vs. hours.
|1 gallon||hot water (160-190 F water)|
|1 pkg.||Foothill Farms® Savory Beef Gravy (#325T)|
|4 stalks||celery, chopped in bite sized pieces|
|6 medium||carrots, chopped into bite sized pieces|
|6 medium||potatoes, peeled and quartered|
|2 medium||yellow onions, chopped|
|1 lb.||cooked cubed beef (from left over end cuts from Deli)|
Mix Savory Beef Gravy into hot water using a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Cover and set aside.
Cook or steam celery, carrots, potatoes and onions until tender.
Add cooked vegetables and beef to gravy mixture. Stir gently until well combined.
Heat on stove top until stew reaches 165 degrees F.
