|13 oz||Foothill Farms® Complete No-Bake Graham Cracker Crust Mix (#P207)|
|1 qt||Chocolate milk|
|1 pkg||Foothill Farms® Bread Pudding Mix (#102T)|
|2 lbs||Day-old biscuits, cubed|
|2 cups||Chopped peanuts|
|10 oz||Foothill Farms® Meringue Mix (#041T), prepared according to package instructions|
Grease half pan with butter. Pat Graham Cracker Crust Mix into bottom and up sides of pan. Set aside.
Pour chocolate milk into mixing bowl. Pour contents of Bread Pudding Mix (20.32 oz) into chocolate milk while vigorously stirring with a wire whip until smooth.
Add biscuits to wet mixture and gently stir to combine. Fold in peanuts into mixture and let sit 5 minutes.
Pour bread pudding mixture into baking pan, over graham cracker crust, and bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with meringue creating stiff peaks for visual appeal. Place back into oven and continue baking 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
Remove bread pudding from oven. Product will settle and shrink some upon cooling. To serve warm, cool bread pudding for 10 prior to cutting.
