|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Savory Poultry Gravy Mix (#323T), prepared as directed on package (makes 1 gallon)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base Mix (either #096T or #067T), prepared as directed on package (makes 1 gallon)|
|1 large||onion, diced|
|2 tsp||dried thyme|
|1 can (13 oz)||mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained and coarsely chopped|
|3 cups||wild rice or blend of wild rice and whole grain brown rice, cooked|
In a large cock combine 3 quarts Savory Poultry Gravy and 1 quart Cream Soup. Cover and refrigerate remaining gravy and cream soup.
Sauté or steam onions until translucent.
Add onions, thyme, mushrooms and rice to crock and stir to combine. Heat to desired temperature.
NOTE: Cream Soup Base Mix yields 1 gallon of base . This recipe uses 3 quarts. Store remainder tightly covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
